A nonprofit designed to empower nonprofits.
Hope Masters is a women-led 501(c)(3) founded in Houston, Texas; a team of organizational psychologists, HR executives, finance and legal professionals, marketers, and business strategists who asked a simple question: what if we turned everything we know toward the missions that actually matter?

We believe the expertise and technology reshaping modern organizations (AI, automation, intelligent workflows) shouldn't be reserved for well-funded corporations. Nonprofits doing the most critical work in our communities deserve the same operational advantage. So we partner with nonprofits, government agencies, and community institutions to handle the back-office work, automate the repetitive tasks, and build the smart systems that free their leaders to focus on what only they can do.
