How We Help
Executive Coaching
Custom 1:1 coaching for nonprofit leaders, tailored to individual strengths, challenges, and goals. Our programs integrate skill-building, time management, leadership assessments (like Gallup StrengthsFinder), cross-functional collaboration, conflict resolution, and advanced communication training.


Leadership Development 101
A foundational leadership program (4–6 sessions for up to 20 participants) designed to equip new and emerging managers with practical tools to lead with confidence. Topics include conflict resolution, performance management, time organization, and how to set meaningful goals for teams.
Crucial Conversations
This powerful 1- or 3-day workshop teaches leaders how to navigate difficult conversations with clarity and empathy. Participants explore communication styles, de-escalation techniques, and how to effectively address challenges with employees, peers, or teams.


Team Therapy: Untangling Cross-Functional Dysfunction
Immersive 5-day, in-person team workshop addresses deep-rooted organizational misalignment. Works directly with departments and leadership to identify intra-team and cross-functional breakdowns, clarify chain of command, define accountability, and improve communication and operational flow. Transformative experience for teams to turn dysfunction to cohesion.
Goal Setting & Time Management
We offer personalized and/or team-based training on how to set clear, actionable goals and manage time effectively—improving both individual productivity and organizational alignment.


Individualized Skill Development
Through assessments and 1:1 feedback, we help team members identify growth areas and build the specific skills they need—whether it’s communication, organization, decision-making, or leadership presence.
Cross-Functional Communication
We help individuals and/or teams build the communication strategies and shared language needed to collaborate across departments—reducing confusion, conflict, and duplication of efforts.


Conflict Resolution & Performance Management
We teach managers how to proactively address tension, foster accountability, and support a culture of feedback and development—so performance can grow without fear or dysfunction.
Management of Multiple Functions
For nonprofit staff wearing multiple hats, we offer training and coaching to help them balance competing responsibilities, prioritize effectively, and lead across departments with confidence.
